Easton, again...

Today the heat index was estimated to be 103 degrees. Woof! Good training for Curacao, which comes next. Here I am painting under the noonday sun like a mad dog or Englishman. More boats, in a marine museum Turned out nice and may be already pre-sold to a woman who's father used to captain a "buy" boat like this one.

Received some nice news tonight while at an Easton Plein Air function. Brenda Boylan (in Portland, Oregon) called to say I was chosen as one of the finalists for Plein Air Magazine's first ever Salon show. Ned Mueller, another plein air competitor here in Easton was accepted too. Some of you may have already read about it, but in case not, here is the link.
